Miramer is an automation practice based in Salem, Tamil Nadu, working with operationally intensive businesses across India.

I grew up in a village in Tamil Nadu with no exposure to the software industry, and taught myself into it — an engineering degree in a different branch, then eleven years building automation systems: test automation, process automation, and the unglamorous integration work that makes one system talk to another.
Miramer started because the same thing kept appearing in every business I looked at. Capable people spending their day moving information by hand, in operations where nobody had time to stop and fix it. The tools to fix it are inexpensive now. What is usually missing is someone willing to sit with a process long enough to understand it before automating it.
That is the work I wanted to do.

How we think about the work
Do it right, not fast
A workflow that breaks silently is worse than no workflow. We build things that fail loudly and are documented well enough for someone else to fix.
Automate real pain, not everything
Some processes should stay manual. We will tell you when.
Keep our word
Scope and price agreed in writing before work starts. If we get an estimate wrong, that is our problem, not an invoice.
Own your own systems
You own your data and your business processes. Where practical, we build inside your own accounts. Where managed infrastructure provides a better outcome, we make the arrangement clear before work begins and ensure you can access your data and transition if your needs change.
Miramer is run on Christian principles — honesty, keeping our word, and valuing people over profit — which in practice means plain terms, straight answers, and telling you when the honest answer is that you do not need us.

We build on tools that are proven, well-documented, and that you could hire someone else to maintain: n8n, Python, the OpenAI and Anthropic APIs, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business API, Supabase, and standard REST integrations.
We avoid anything that would leave you dependent on us specifically.
